Is this an Uber Eats or Mr D alternative?
Yes, for operators who want a direct channel. Marketplaces still help with discovery. doorbell is for owned ordering plus delivery ops, so you keep the customer.
Do you take a commission per order?
doorbell is built as merchant-owned ordering, not a marketplace take-rate.
